Roof Maintenance Tips
Bi-Annual Roof Inspection
Should be conducted twice a year and the following items should be checked:

Interior of the building for signs of roof problems

Check for the roof for accumulated dirt and debris.

Check the roof surface for issues such as standing water, missing shingle or tiles.

Inspect expansion joints for cuts, gaps and tears.

Insect the flashing to make sure its attached properly.

Inspect drains to make sure they are not clogged

Inspect and double check any previous repairs
Quarterly Gutter Cleaning
Clean out the gutters four times a years makes sure drainage occurs properly.
Quarterly Roof Cleaning
Clean off the roof of any dirt and debris. Make sure drainage is not impeded in anyway.
